1. Compliance with Laws

1.1. You are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction while using Blaze. Any illegal activities or violations of local laws will result in severe consequences, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.

1.2. Use of Blaze for any activity related to terrorism, organized crime, or similar activities is strictly prohibited. Violators will face an immediate and permanent ban.

1.3. Violation of copyright laws, including misuse of the platform to infringe on intellectual property rights, is prohibited. Content flagged for violating these laws will be removed. Misuse of the copyright reporting system may result in account termination.

1.4. Content that promotes, organizes, or encourages criminal activity is prohibited. Any user found engaging in such discussions will face severe consequences, including potential reporting to legal authorities.

1.5. Harmful or dangerous content, including promoting activities that could harm others, will result in an immediate ban and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Prohibited Content

2.1. Posting pornographic content is not allowed on Blaze. Violators will receive a strike or a permanent ban depending on the nature of the content. Sharing child pornography, revenge pornography, or non-consensual intimate content will result in an immediate ban and reporting to law enforcement.

3. Scams

3.1. Scams of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to defraud users, such as tricking them into malicious links or schemes, will result in a permanent ban.

4. Hate Speech and Harassment

4.1. Hate speech directed at any individual or group based on characteristics such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability is strictly forbidden.

4.2. Sharing personal or private information of others, including but not limited to names, addresses, contact details, and financial information, without consent is prohibited. Violators will be banned immediately.

4.3. Harassment, bullying, or stalking of any kind is not tolerated. Freedom of expression is encouraged, but using it to abuse others will result in severe consequences.

5. Account Security

5.1. Hacking or attempting to breach Blaze's security, including using multiple accounts to bypass bans, will lead to immediate account termination.

6. Catfishing and Predatory Behavior

6.1. Any form of impersonation, catfishing, or predatory behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

7. Violent or Disturbing Content

7.1. Content designed to shock, disgust, or promote violence (e.g., animal cruelty, gore, extreme violence) is strictly prohibited.

7.2. Content related to sensitive topics (e.g., violence, sexuality) for educational, news-reporting, or artistic purposes may be permitted if properly contextualized and censored. Misusing this provision to bypass rules will result in penalties.

8. Spamming and Unauthorized Promotions

8.1. Spamming, whether through direct messages or posts, is not allowed. Violations will result in post removal and possible account suspension.

8.2. Unapproved advertisements, including in comments or direct messages, are prohibited. Users are allowed to promote their businesses or other platforms within posts, but excessive or misleading promotion will lead to penalties.

9. Threats and Blackmail

9.1. Blackmail or threats of any kind are strictly prohibited. Depending on the severity, violators may face suspension, permanent bans, and potential legal action.

10. Account Transactions

10.1. Selling or transferring accounts is prohibited, as it risks the security of personal data. Violators will be banned.

 

11. Artificial Engagement

11.1. Artificially inflating metrics (e.g., using bots to gain followers or likes) is not allowed. Accounts engaged in this behavior may face content removal or suspension.

 

12. Defamation

12.1. Defamation, whether through slander or libel, is prohibited. Constructive criticism is allowed, but false or malicious claims will result in penalties. Using AI-generated content for defamation is strictly forbidden.

 

13. Impersonation

13.1. Impersonating others, including brands or government entities, is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban.

Consequences

Violations of the terms will result in the following actions:

• First offense: Warning, with a reminder of the ToS.

• Second offense: Strike and one-week suspension.

• Third offense: Second strike and two-week suspension.

• Fourth offense: Third strike and 30-day suspension.

• Fifth or severe offense: Permanent ban.

Appeals Process
If you believe your account was banned in error, you may appeal within 30 days. However, appeals based on insufficient reasoning, such as "it was just a joke," will not be considered.
